Mr. Ryuya Tabata launched the department store industry's first fashion subscription service. To date, they have rented approximately 160,000 pieces of clothing, but those garments eventually become difficult to rent due to stains or fraying from heavy use. He started remaking these garments or dying them black, and then rented them out again with the value as a "one-of-a-kind item".
